Photographing my animation...

yay...

Taken a long time to do the hand drawing

and the paper arrangement

so much to set up

Great..but exhausted...

workload was tough

by doing each frame for the sequence

the end...

night world..

Breakthrough (30th of January)

Cutting that sequence has taken me three hours
Some ADR have added, some haven't
I still need more time to divide all the clips into three groups: problem, solution and eye candies
Perhaps, I really need to find my own way to update my Premiere Pro on mum's pc
so I don't always have to come AIT to do my work

I started to have some new thoughts for my future plans
after two days of training
I could feel that some parts of me have changed
like what I said to mum in the morning
It's ok to take a new challenge
moment by moment
I break the task
the fear into small, bite-size pieces
This is what a spirit should be like
The pathway might be hard
And I know it fully well
The uncertainty, the difference I may feel will simply overwhelm me
but knowing that the bigger and bolder challenge I have
for myself to be even stronger to confront and overcome
I'm doing all these
is to make some breakthrough in my life
Since opportunity is right at my face
you never know how far you may go
maybe sooner, or later
somewhere further, or closer....

Second day of training (29th of January)

Same as yesterday
We were taught with heaps of strategies on how to deal with the clients
Listening, is one of the essentials
instead of talking hell lots to promote our products
the director said, learning about what the client needs the most
gains their trust, establishes a good friendship with them, plus
the last step - which is to reach that final stage of having their consensus before giving them advice
Conditions are varied
flexibility is the best policy
honesty too..

I thought I would sit still
be fully quiet during meeting
til this guy came
and he started to socialise a bit with me
Soon I found he's from UNSW too
similarly, his friend, the one who he was also talking to
is from UNSW as well
and you know what...
More surprisingly, Mareak lives in the same suburb as me
We then talked a lot like no tomorrow after the meeting
even walking to St James
Because of that small group meeting
I made 3 friends straight
Later I found Victor, was the one I added on wechat in the first day
has been the member of PH
He also went to the PH party last year
not that I knew him that time
til I found his photo which he was tagged by one of us

We three were on the same train
having our little discussion about our commission and things we learnt
as well as getting to know each other
Mareak was so nice too
after we both got off from Central
he walked me to upstairs
Happy to make friends from training weeeeeeee

PS1: My lovely friend Tia revealed what she has been recently
She was nearly crying when telling me about her grandpa
the urge he wanted her to get married
and her stress is also from her dad, who sold out the assets under her name for his business
the breakup with Carson, who has to go back to HK
just a lot that she had to worry about
I hugged her, telling her that she has to be strong
because nobody, but herself can go through this
like everyone else, we all have our own problem
at the very end, we still gotta solve it with our strong will...

First day of training (28th of January)

Four hours of training
Learnt a lot
I really like the way the director taught us
We were given some theories about those 5 elements that make up the whole negotiation
Some are marked as the most important
and some, are said to be confidential
The concepts we learned from him, are something we wouldn't notice, but have encountered
Now, he has made them all clear
I was told an investment consultant is not about selling house itself, but teaching clients
and providing clients with the best plan to earn money from the transaction

Everything I got from the first two hours is straightforward
except the third part where calculation started to take place
I soon appeared perplexed
Numbers is never my cup of tea
I lost myself in that half an hour
Tried to understand what some steps truly mean
Jamie said to me, as soon as we learn some case studies
Everything will be much clearer to me

I had nothing to be worried
the only problem today was
my shoes are seemed to be oversized
Even though the cottons were shoved inside
And I tried to adjust them to the best position
in order to avoid hurting my toes
But the truth was
it was loosened when taking some out
and damn tight when putting some back
Multiple times to find a spot to rest my feet while doing the same thing - tightened up, loosened a bit
over and over
Pretending that nobody was watching
I tried to look calm
regardless how embarrassing I actually felt deep inside of me

I cursed more than hundred times I should have bought the smaller size
I really have learnt a lesson from her
as she was hitting it right to my face
blaming me how I didn't make a wise choice
I wasn't surprised to have her harsh words
in that 3 hours
Silence, speaks the truth
my shamefulness, was the truth..

After all
I know that is just how she shows her caring
sometimes she may give me some tough time
which makes me hard to accept it
But then again, she cares a lot
that several hours to adjust my shoes as comfortable as she can do
Padding it up with different layers etc
whatever she can try, she would try..

A warm convo with dar dar before going to sleep
Not everything can follow what you want it to be from time to time
That's why we need to be more understanding... :)

He deserves the prize! (27th of January)

Another rainy day

Funny thing I encountered once I walked out of the train station

the traffic lights from three directions were out of power 

didn't know since when

Traffic jam was caused by that

til a few police in uniform came, and got this settled

It was a real mess

as people weren't even sure when to cross the road

Everyone was only trying to follow the ones who seemed brave

and avoided getting hit

This must have something to do with this rainy day

like, even the power got cut off 

Anyways...

I was almost 20 minutes late for my screen editing class

But I made a new friend who was sitting the opposite of me

and was helping me to solve my problem

I made so much changes in cutting the sequence

when I found that the chosen ones weren't good enough for the plot to proceed

Deletion was made, addition was involved

Same as every single time of editing

video making, just any kinds of video making has always been revolved with changes

Later at night

I started to convert all the images saved from my camera a few days ago

With them resized to 1280 x 720

the size of every image has become 100kb+ only

Editing is another thing after that

So much editing within a range of images I selected 

the ones that I was going to post on my blog post

Most likely I tried to make some of them to fit in the atmosphere I wanted to have

by changing the tone of the colours, tint, shade, hue, shadows

white, black, gradient, vibrance

everything that may create something different from the original version

is all dependent on how I use that little fingertip of mine, swiping the cursor to whichever direction

I created a compressed folder

and added them all to it

sent the whole thing to dar dar via google drive

Oh btw

the one that I like the most from that show

has won the first prize 

The finale was great

I didn't get why there were so many people against the winner

as if he shouldn't deserve it

For me, any of the three deserves to be the first

I was happy with the result

and the final speech he made on the stage

He is a good orator

the rest of the two are, too

But one thing to distinguish him from the other two is

He is more of the one appraising the kindness of the country

whereas the other two pinpointed some pitfalls the country neglect

His point of view is inclined to be a little bit more positive than them

Also the bonus was added 

as he made some extra efforts in making a part of English version for his speech

Then let me ask you

How is he not worth to take the first place when he has done everything that impress the audience?

Lastly

A little discussion on the issue of marriage

as well as some viewpoints on money, life, reality and maybe, future

True that variables are all that change from time to time

It's hard to stay thinking or doing the same as before

because reality, the real life has made us all become realistic

The society is money-driven

and about marriage

We both agree that quitting a job completely is certainly not a good idea for females

the isolation from the society and the lack of information received 

will subsequently end up having gaps in communication with each other

That's why we say

marriage should be built upon working out things together, at a same level of seeing things together

with less distance between each other in any manner

or else, when one goes too far, it makes the other hard to catch up with him/her

Straya day 2015 (26th of January)

 This will be one of the graphic posts lately

I strongly recommend the ones who have never been out in straya day

you guys should experience this once

A great mix of culture, a great feel when entering almost everywhere for free

cost free~ for those sacred places like RBA, the museum, our biggest church in Syd...

I went to all today..

Oh~and the car exhibition too

How can I forget this?

How often you see those classic cars which are back in 30 or 40 years ago?

I bet you never have this chance to see that many

unless you pay for the exhibition

But in straya day

they have this special offer, exhibiting almost 3 streets of cars, buses and trucks

whatever you can name it, they have all

Before showing all these to get you guys excited

Let me introduce this little guy and his sister Amy 

the two street performers at Hyde park

where I almost missed out their incredible performance if I walked to another side

 He seems like those 12-year-old 

the one that only knows what games to play, what food to eat, where to go with friends

but he doesn't

unlike the same aged kids

He has already gained his fame on Youtube

and starting to sell CDs with his sister

Be like all those amazing street performers

beyond the ability of his own age

I admire of his courage and the aura about being that super talented one

who creates this radiation expressed by his music

so subtle, but I felt it

I really like this little guy's voice

So I took quite a few pictures of him

these two are the ones I think he looks the best :)

 There was this little girl dressed oddly paying so much attention watching him

As my camera moved around the invisible stage

I saw her, she was hugging her bunny, holding a flag while the umbrella was in her right hand

This is what I called, a real Aussie

A typical Aussie style...lol

So I saw another street performer as I strutted along the other end of Hyde park

where I started to fall in love with that piano song

played by this good looking European guy

In order to make him look angelic

I even edited this pic by blurring the background

and adjusting the setting to somehow a dreamy look 

 A bit of a close up, but not too close

 Wouldn't you feel his strong inclination to get the rhythm penetrate your soul?

Look at how deep his eyes were looking further in someone or something

I ain't a big fan of this

nor an expert who knows much about cars

I was only going for my phototaking time

where I believe it would be a good place to indulge me, this freak, to take photos like crazy

Church...

Lucky mum found that the church was open for the whole day

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

they allowed you to take as many pictures as you want!!

This is one of rare chance to TAKE great deal of photos IN.THE.CHURCH!!

 One thing I saw the most that day in the church 

was camera...

People weren't tired to take pictures everywhere

And some, who are the real Christians

seemed a bit unhappy

asking some of us to stop doing this

If Jesus is still alive

I don't know whether he would love to be taken as a model

But for all the sacred reasons

And I ain't saying we were using this as entertainment

or turning some supposedly serious fact into a source of entertainment

I still respect the culture, the god, the religion

Continued with my honour to visit this glorious place...People were readily sitting here and there, waiting for the musician to come and play something... 

To my immediate response to what I've seen here

no matter how many times I've seen this

In fact..I don't see Cathedral glass that often

Everytime when I enter the church, viewing all the glass surrounded

I would never stop wow-ing...

They are just so beautiful

too damn beautiful

they are extensively used in church, as everyone knows

I love the design after all

the abstract, figurative arts which incorporate narratives drawn from Bible

and the use of symbolic motifs is something that you will want to take a few more glance to know 

what they truly mean..

So I went...and I actually took a massive amount of pictures inside

In the museum of RBA

they showcase a super long timeline based on the exact date of currency made back in a few decades ago

It was absolutely amazing to find out some facts of the material - polymer, too

True to say that it's one of the best to recycle, and it has a much longer life than paper ones

says, 4 times more...

Walking out of RBA

that patch of flowers caught my eyeballs

I once took out my camera again

aiming at them at a high angle frontal shot

Just a few seconds of time

this image was nicely captured as my collection..  

Similarly, another patch of flowers was just a meter away from the one before

Honestly...not a good time to shot photos in a rainy day

I don't deny I edited it in Photoshop for a bit..

 The essence of decision
is to make one's benefit the most

However, this isn't applying to some certain situations when it comes to a dilemma

Dar dar and I had this talk (or mostly I was the one doing the talking..)

And...I've often been wondering how come people are easily brainwashed by such a group of people
who don't even speak religion, but act like they do...

which spent us almost 3 hours doing all that
Somebody said that he had to do actions, like be in such a role, to perform it well

His 'son of a bitch' is so amazing
