no driving lesson today
so be ready to teach myself maya
the first modelling for a skyscraper was commented to be a rocket alike..
the second one is seemed to be a controller centre in airport....
oh the third....
somebody believed it was London bridge lmao...
which is actually I tried to build a sci-fi building....
and the Dubai iconic building la....
have been trying to modifying the shape the rest of the night
it's harder than I think it was....
just that part where the outer shell is open and cover only half of that building has already taken me a long time to experiment
but good practice!

(15th of January)

Entire day working on the same assignment

again

the tedious work including roto brushing, 3D compositing and animating

showed Adam how I go with roto brushing

it doesn't seem to be a problem as he says

so I finally started with my animation

a bit confusing with matte etc still in the beginning

til Adam taught me the easiest way to put them all under precompose...

my part time is a no la

Millie said they might not want me because they no want localsssssss.....

what a bad excuse....

why they no want localsssss?

BECAUSE IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY

and that they have to pay more for locals....

3D modelling is way too sexy

if I ever have that subject to take for modelling 

I would be pretty happy to build varieties of items for games

Future and now (14th of January)

Today is the forth time for somebody to try IELTS
good luck him!!!!

Heat outside
except that there is a heavy rain in the afternoon
when we started to feel the coolness finally arrive

a bit late for the class
but not too late to start with my character drawing
my chosen one is Thor
and I occasionally seek for help from Nick
who asked me to accurately measure the distance in between the subjects before I get started
finishing with that as class finished
a girl from Hungary talked to me all in a sudden
as she saw my drawing
and asking me how I did that with brush tool

after seeing Daisy in Nick's class
she asked me to fix my roto brush part where I still need more work for that to get better mark
knowing how strict Adam will be marking the assignment
I couldn't have ever been that worried when she commented on I would get a pass
like just a pass?
no way that I would only get a pass...
I aim for distinction..
pass is definitely unacceptable~
so that's how I spent 3 hours again on refining the edge frame by frame
where bits and pieces are missing
I need to undo, remove, or add some parts to make the extracted subject more perfect

having a bit of film industry talk with dar dar at night
been observing a truth of why those who have worked in film industry would be willing to
quit their job and be an ordinary teachers...
though in general
reasons could be quite varied
but in the end
to conclude
there might be only a few main reasons for the trend
and that are
they would like to have an easier life and more time for something else
after all
knowing film industry is a time-consuming field
or maybe people just reach another stage where they seek for an ordinary life
in which they have already tried and achieved their goal
so now they would like to be the ones to train the next generation
I might not fully get why people become more generous as they turn old
it might be a matter of time to understand things better when I experience it of my own....

(13th of January)

• period....omg....bloody ass T3T...bad stomach..gonna last for a week...nuuuuuuu
• good convo with somebody on my way to Central....fun couple, fun conclusion..
• holy green screen....I admired....complicated steps to remember...not so trouble to extract the subject from the background though...wish I could sharpen 3D skills as I practice more
• explaining some theories to somebody on train...getting over exciting to tell him about green screen....he said my passion would turn me into a real successful director in my coming future lol

12号一记 (12th of January)

生命就如绽放的烟火一样
昙花一现
说的就是我家养了3天的小虫虫 lol
今早发现它没有了生命迹象
身体的颜色也呈黄
一个蜷缩着的姿势呈现在盒子的角落里静止着
原来菜虫真的只吃绿色素的东西的
我喂的玉米叶它基本上没怎么吃过
旁边只看到了几坨近乎白色的虫粪便
好吧
看着它的小尸体
我也只能默哀了
对它的感情也只能存留3天
尽是有依依不舍
嘛
其实还真的很有
观察它的蠕动的那些时光给我增添了几分乐趣
虫虫你走好
希望你下辈子能做人
不要再做虫了。。

本来今晚要见的甜姐儿
突然跟我说她今天不舒服所以我们得约下次了
不过也好
天气这么热
老实说我也不太愿意出去
而且今天起得晚
真的很懒得出去
另外还在家有任务在身
不太方便行走

作画了一整个下午
一个小精灵的化身
被某人说我其实是在弄自己的写照
因为那character实在太像我了
之后画的另一gay佬的妩媚姿态
我麻麻说我把他画得很神似
尤其是那眼影把他衬托得很有韵味
我很开心终于把这整套characters画好了
上传了blog后
自己还在那scroll up and down地欣赏着自己的创作
有多少时刻我会像现在这样进行思想的升华
我想
多多少少有了这个tablet让我又重新找回了以前那个喜欢画画的自己
然后再次把这爱好推到更高更好的一种境界
其实有喜好有追求的人
才能过好充实的日子罢

(11th of January)

• observing my little caterpillar moving along the leaves
• cleaning that box for them by emptying their shit and feeding them with new food
• finally found the location of the bank and done with the report...>.> in this heat...oh mah god...
• getting somebody some new info for bank and stuff while we talked
• true that the monthly fees charged monthly is such a high cost...same to taxation though...
• been doing roto brushing over 3 hours just for that 4 sec....
• new clothes trying on for looking pretty~~ lol
• mama's taste is really good ey :3

(10th of January)

I didn't want my mama to come with me but she insisted

so she followed...

didn't let me go til the really last min of me going on bus

but the real thing is

I wasn't even planning to go catching bus to uni

but waiting somebody at platform 21

without telling her that before

I had to pretend that I was going to uni

my lie really troubled me a lot

til I met dar dar

It was almost half an hour passed 

so we went to Strathfield to have lunch together

also to check out whether they held that hardcore food fest

but nope

didn't find anything

we picked a restaurant to eat

listening him to talk about his ielts test

about how it went 

sounded going well

especially the part where regarding to that old examiner 

who interacted with him

showing the friendliness like rarely would be seen from others

his constant nodding appeared to be a sign of agreement of him speaking 

so he cheered

and excitedly told me this might be the best time ever among other tests

I felt happy for him too 

definitely

without his own confidence

it would be the same old failure

we also caught the train back to hyde park where Meriton Fest was located

it was only a small event

as we walked in

the stage in the middle was filled with laughs and claps

we approached the crowd

having a few shots to capture that moment of memory

nothing really special about that fest

maybe the only special thing is who you were going to

the time being with somebody makes everything special

It is true when you realise how important it is to grow with your other half together

that makes me value every minute like

learning something that we don't know

seeing things we have never seen before

yes

we plan to learn English idioms together by memorizing each category and testing each other as we meet

that way

we can learn while having a different kind of entertainment together..

the only thing isn't perfect is when I got yelled at by mama

for me being stupid

stupid request

was to ask to go jogging starting from tomorrow

she said the weather would be hot

then I go I am going jogging tomorrow

she then goes furious about my decision

as if that was my deliberate act of against her

her over protection was once again sickening me

but like as usual

I dealt with it like how I should cope with those that are hard to talk to or understand

that way

I calm and I learn

PS: feeling weird to be added as a friend by somebody

until he told me his intention was to get me into his company

he opened his own company so that he wish to get some people to help

I promoted myself as a good graphic designer and may also wish to help him with video editing and making

this is when I realize the time of how large social circle really helps in a good way lol
