Exec meeting (7th of February)

Exec meeting starting at 6:30
Bea, Jonathan and I were all arrived on time
except for a few people who came 20 minutes late
Bea was all active and such
hugging me like a teddy bear she owns
and telling Jonathan, the guy who I met in that dinner last time
that she and I would be best friends as we will be working a lot together for PH
yes, my event director is Bea
the girl who has always been so hyper
The unstoppable hyper-activeness is just so laughable

The meeting was awesome
We exchanged suggestions in each department and lots of questions raised by HR director
she seems like the one who had prepared a lot for the meeting
just by seeing how much paper Bea, Chris and Barbara had
while I had nothing in hand
but only a USB to show them all the recent work I have done for PH
I was thinking that I should be preparing more for the meeting next time
To show them all I did
the pamphlet, flyer etc
Bea and the rest were impressively calling me a promotion queen
Though some minor things I have to change
such as the colour, the fonts..

PS: Dar dar's problem is once caused by some strange phenomenon
Hope he could fix that really soon :)
PS1: Taking the last part of pics for my animation
No time left for me to edit them, but to batch convert them asap..

Animation continued (6th of February)

Work work work work work

heaps of sound effects found from flashkit, Hollywood sound library etc

Got to have a large selection plus patience to do animation, truly

Up to half of the work done in a few hours

I could have done a bit more if I didn't spend that two hours helping Mickey to do his

This guy even called me when I was in the toilet

Surprised that I would receive his call at that timing

I knew...I fairly knew it, even before I answered his phone call 

He must have some problem with his work or something, I suppose

Which is true, as I picked up his call

that sense of urgency was felt from that tone of his voice

asking me if I was in AIT..

We then worked together at CO6

I stayed helping him to write on his assignment sheet

Well...after all...a friend in need is a friend indeed lol

Weird to know about that odd email received by dar dar

Avoid interrupting somebody when they are on phone is a correct thing to do

but how come it sounds like a wrong thing from his supervisor lol

without knowing why the heck somebody would even send you a email

Lots of events happening in February

That's why I have to finish my work asap

or else I would miss my chance to go to those that I want to go

PS: Attempt to join our AIT light installation project

This is so dreamlike

I wouldn't have thought about my work would soon to be put on stage

a much bigger stage

in a Vivid festival

I am a chance hunter

so there is no point for me to miss this great opportunity

PS1: Not sure whether this argument really means a short-term seperation or a true break up

I wish the one should realize how he should behave as a father, an adult, a man that knows what humble means much more than being a materialistic person

Animation started!! (5th of February)

My honour to be listed in somebody's paper

Of course I'd be willing to provide support to my dar dar over the weekends

I really enjoy having each moment as we work together

and to achieve something at the end

Anyways...I was damn sleepy this afternoon

while having no room to settle myself 

I had that two hours of sleep in an awkward position

awaken by some random girl who thought I was her friend

which she then said sorry wrong person as she looked at my face

falling back to sleep instantly, then woke up the second time

and my mate said good morning to me...

Now, not much productive work done in C15

all because the computers loaded so slow

While battery was off for that half an hour on the train

I couldn't contact with somebody

Back home, dinner time, continued to work again for my thingy

Loads of photos were taken

I even stood on the chair to have that kinda shots to film my animation

Using a great deal of papers to draw the gradual change of the movement of the stick figures too

Wishing that my hard work will again, paid off when I receive my marks

I really do try so hard, much harder than anyone else..

PS: I might have gotten my first customer for the housing

My mate is an international student who just asked me if I have any houses for rent

We will see how this goes

PS1: a long talk with Folk after the class ended

We gotta know more from each other

I thought I wouldn't make a friend in that class

like never ever..since I've been paying so much attention on my work only these days

and that I didn't even talk to anyone..

Sharon loves my animation woohoooo
I was given with some great suggestions by her
who came to me once I entered the class
and told me that she had read over my storyboard over the weekends
really impressed that I had done so much for my final animation
My great efforts are paid off :3
Oh Mary was teaching me how to do all that with lightroom
in order to save my time putting the sequence together on Premiere pro

Trailer was finally done 2 days before its deadline
My last ADR was done in the green room
because that is the only place I could find to do my recordings
A completely quiet environment, with no noises at the background
plus you won't be feeling embarrassed to do that without anyone's watching

Another late night to be back

But like what dar dar said, the adr might not be that matched with the characters
only because our voice is too young for them

Trailer...almost almost almost done

Three girls that I haven't seen for ages...

all appeared in the same room as I was working on my thingy

Yes...I got kicked out by the same....teacher..also the security guard again..

Well...It was 9:30 already when he asked us to leave..

I even got caught on having my bananas at the pc room lol

My friends were working on their work at the same time

so we three were giving each other some suggestions as we worked together

Especially my new friend who had given some really good comeback

asking me to change some texts within the trailer

she said she has watched too many trailers

which she has this sense of knowing what suits the sequence the best

I gave her my opinion, too, as she had some difficulties in designing her poster...

Hers was a bit plain with those prime colours

I know how Helen loves something to be simple

that's why we always try to win her heart by finding out what suits her style the most 

No time to do other stuff...

Religious motive (2nd of February)

No class today

However, I still went AIT the whole day

to do my productive work

I have almost done half of my trailer

That is still a lot of work left...

Too many news I've read today during my break..

Including the ones which I felt that devastation if I were his, or their families

The second Jap was beheaded...

He was the one asking for peace, cares for the poors and the ones that suffer from the wars

He doesn't care much about the winner and the loser during wars, but helping all the ones in need

is the main purpose of him to go to a country

that he had to face the death in anytime

He should deserve to live better

but he didn't

We should forever remember him

I didn't want it to be ended too heavily

So I would say...

holy...I saw a guy bump into the tree on my way back to Central

Lucky his gf was there to pull him back a bit

but still...it was too late to pull him completely

as he already bang the trunk of the tree...

I couldn't stop my laughter...

And guess what...

a minute later...

I saw my ex..

In fact..he saw me first

as I was walking past him

he patted my head

I didn't get to stop til I walked a few steps ahead

turned back

seeing a girl who was standing next to him

My awkward greet was a 'hello', 'I'm going home', and a 'bye'...

within 2 or 3 seconds

convo ended..

awkwardness..

Conclusion: Too awkward to see ex in real life...

like a few months later...

My refusal was right

returning his book..or whatsoever he has ever asked me to do much earlier after we broke up

I would do all these in a later future..

But not now...awkwardness continues on..

I want to go to this event called...the flying pig SO.DAMN.MUCH!!
But that is only if I can finish my work on time..

After knowing how much I gotta pay for the certificate
Discussed with mum who has been telling me to do myself some research
incase if I still need to pay extra fees later on

Been out to get my pair of new shoes
The lady was nice enough to introduce us their latest products in the store
the service is super good too
of course, the quality of their shoes is awesome
since it's branded
They also provide the 30-day guarantee
means that if we ain't satisfied with the shoes we get
we can exchange or ask for a refund within that period of time
Later mum found out the price she asked us to pay wasn't right
but that's after we already left the shop for almost half an hour
She then led me back to the store
asking that lady who served us
if the price is wrong on the label
or she was the one remembering the wrong price
she showed us the correct price
which is the one she asked us to pay
and told us one of the ladies might make some mistakes on price
To her kindness, who was still being so nice
paying back 10$ back to us
and said
as a client, if she was us, she would be doing the same
That is, an honest remark I heard from a service lately
which I felt her sincerity for truly feeling and understanding the customers

Anyways...I was encouraged by her, Jamie and yes

I want that job so bad
that I urged myself to have another go
to see if I would get in
what if I can?
The requirements are all that I think I could do well
or better than what I would do as a sales
I then quickly wrote up my cover letter
according to whatever abilities that are matched to the ad
To do an up-to-date resume too
including everything I think that may help my application, from doing all my jobs in my society
Challenge accepted
My plan, my 3-year plan
is to achieve something huge before I turn 26
by achieving every little things that I plan ahead doing
What else to say..

dedicate more time to improve myself in every aspect
and hoping all my wishes to come true
