Sydney Jazz festival (4th of October)

One day trip at Manly with my owner was so pleasant. We met up at 10:30am at Circular Quay and arrived at there an hour later because we missed the earlier ferry. We saw lots of people taking selfies and family photos during the time we were on the ferry. Tao and I both curled like balls sitting in the corner watching people walking back and forth...

Holding the map to find our whereabouts at Manly. At first, I didn't know it would be that big. I thought of Manly is simply a beach like any others I have visited. So we stopped and watched the music performance for a short while, taking some photos and purely being musically aroused. Most of the time, we had fun messing around and discussing about types of music related to what the performances were. There was this beach side stage where we spent almost an hour and a half there listening to this navy band performance. In the meantime, we started having Tao's homemade curry chicken box for lunch. Even during lunch time, we didn't stop joking about something. He tried for so many times to take photos of me eating and I tried to block my face because it looks terrible in my opinion. Funny how we couldn't stop laughing at that oldie's laughter somewhere at one of the stages later on.

But one of the most unforgettable memories for the day was when I found out I was on my period. Yet I didn't bring any pads. I texted Tao in the toilet asking my life saver to save my god damn life. He rushed to somewhere nearby and bought a huge size package of pads back. What I mean I needed big pad, as in the pad should be thick itself..not the whole package lol But he got me wrong >.> Thank god he was there today though. But yes, it was super awkward to ask a guy to get me pads in the public. =3=

In order to save money, we didn't really buy much food there but some chicken nuggets at the end of the day. Before we left Manly, we walked to the beach with bare feet. This time when we got back to Circular Quay, we chose to sit at the side of the ferry to feel the windy evening. The guys next to us were using their cool poses pretending they were shooting the bird. All in a sudden the bird dived into the water as that guy made the BANG sound lol...

It was such a good moment having our talk about our dream, our life and the places we would like to go together. Never has anyone suggested to get into Opera house with me to listen to the classy music. He was the first. By talking about some of my past injuries back in high school, he showed so much sympathy.

Too much fun being with Tao on the ferry that we nearly forgot to get off. We continued our awesome talk on the train back to Central by talking about heights. As he has noticed the scars on my arms, I joked around me still being in that period of puberty growing like a teen. I didn't know since when I brought out some disgusting food I ate when I was in China, and we quickly shifted to talk about gory films at the end.

Oh of course we had good food for dinner too. The Vietnamese restaurant I went for couple times near UTS is one of my favourites. Reason why I love it so much is that I went there with all my favourite friends such as Haiwon, Nick and now, Tao. My owner helped me to cut out the fat of lamb chops. But he still finished his food a lot faster than me >.> Oh and thanks again for sharing so many food photos with me xD Nice haircut btw..

Photos sharing (3rd of October)

Someone was coming again to visit me this afternoon. I can't wait to see my owner wooohooo Before this, I had to submit my self-expression poster once I got to AIT. I didn't quite know what I was doing the whole time after that. Tia, Ye ri and Pai all came to the same room with me to do their work, but I finished mine already lol Half of the time I tried to read my uni readings. But as all my friends were there, we sort of having this girl's talk. Pai said she would invite me to go to her Friday weekly gathering with her other friends next time before she left. Tia and I left there continued with our studying. All in a sudden she needed my help to print out her concepts. For some reason, the printer couldn't receive her selected file in half an hour. She was panicking asking me to print it with my account. I tried for a few times, and I failed too, til we both realized that she forgot to change that to a proper format before saving it >.> I tried my really last time to print it, it worked. Coming back to tell her I finally succeeded in printing her stuff out, she was also carrying her copy and said she did it from another printer lol>.>

Anyways I was at there waiting for Seri to come afterwards. He came an hour before Kael. Guess what, my brother was also doing his last minute work this time. His unfinished concept was fine but some unwanted bits should have cut out. So I told him to get rid of the first paragraph and wrote a bit more about the theories we learned from the lectures. We talked for a bit while doing our work. Occasionally I would give him some suggestions to his poster. He told me he might go out with this cute little girl called Sunny who's 2 years younger than him. I congratulated him for having such a potential cute target xD But he told me his brother Kael would be dropping AIT because now he has found his full time job at the Star. Soon as Kael came, I asked him how he has been these days since I've hardly seen him again this semester. Just like what his brother has told me, he would be working as a full time dealer at the Star. Kael is still Kael, the only change I see from him is that he has become even more mature by how he looks. He was there looking for a car to buy all this time, talking so much about his job. And the first question he asked me was nothing else but whether I've found my job yet. That's what you call a real friend when they truly care about what you truly need in life.

The Thai brothers left 2 hours later. I was there alone again doing my readings til Tao came and picked me up for dinner at 7ish. It was all my fault being so indecisive picking one restaurant to go. I suggested to go to this Jap restaurant near UTS because I've walked passed it for so many times by now. Yet I've never tried any restaurants at that street. Tonight I finally tried one with Tao. We ordered 3 dishes and shared everything together. Funny how long we took for deciding which dishes to pick in the beginning.

During our meal, we talked so much about jogging and losing weight. It's so hard to believe this guy was 70kg before, and shrank to a 60kg size in one year by putting so much efforts in exercising everyday. Oh of course, we had so much fun taking food photos together, as well as I shared a lot of interesting photos with him. There is this video recorded on my 22nd birthday, when I was awaken by mum in the morning. The kiddy voice I made in the video was pretty amusing that made him laugh so much. He does love to pat my head so much as though I'm the rabbit...>.< In turns of sharing weird photos and videos, he also shared his with me, the one when he was still with 70kg back in high school...The large difference between before and after has shocked me quite a bit haha

Anyways thanks for keeping me warm again!! ok...get lab safe~ see you soon :3

Warmly welcome to my visitor (2nd of October)

The diligent one here was still thinking about what to design for her own poster last night so she couldn't fall back to sleep 2 hours later at late night >3< But my owner was nice enough to keep me awake during my long trip to AIT in the morning. I soon asked Casey if she could get me the A2 size black board from somewhere nearby as I would be busy working on my poster in these 2 lessons. She just went and grabbed it for me without a sec...She is SO DAMN NICEEEEE XD

Jim then came to the class 10 minutes later. As there wasn't any seats next to me, he asked if I could move to the back to sit with him. I couldn't be bothered to pack all my stuff after half an hour was gone in a lesson, so I stayed at my original spot. Later on, I asked him to help me out a bit. He kept teasing how abstract my poster looks whereas I laughed at how unorganised his mood board and mind map were.

In the second lesson, Pai was there helping me out to design some parts of my poster in which Helen thought of mine as way too complicated with too much elements in the right corner...She was attempted to ask me to  remove the eye part. However I insisted to keep it til I couldn't figure out a better way to design a better version out of it. Eventually I listened to her by only keeping the stairs and pen as the main elements. Jim then asked me to put my stairs diagonally to create his so-called 3D effect>.> Carson and Tia also suggested me to change my theme to a simpler version. Tia is such a blind person (jokes...I LOVE YOU~~~!!>.>) She couldn't even tell I've cut out some parts a few minutes later...My owner finally came and visited me at AIT right after the lesson was over. Though we couldn't go to have lunch together as we planned because I still wanted to finish my work first. He was there waiting for me without any complaining.

Tia approached me later on asking what slogan she should put on her poster, I pointed at Tao who was quietly sitting there and waiting for me to give her some ideas. Half of the time, I seriously thought it wasn't really a big deal to have a good slogan when all we should care more is the design of the poster. I kept teasing Tia how struggling she was with her slogan, and I accidentally pulled the chair when messing around with her, and caused her heavily land on the floor. I apologized to her. Lucky she wasn't mad or anything >3< Instead everyone was laughing at how violent I could be..>.>

Anyhow we moved to another room to keep working on our posters and concepts. Mickey, Tia, Carson, Ye ri and of course my owner have all followed me to c15. I had no idea why I was being such a meanie to this couple, especially to my girl Tia who I found the reaction has always been so cute :3 Like everytime when I asked them to give me some ideas on my poster, they tried to think hard, I would say they were not helpful at all etc. There was a few times Carson just fully goes facepalming to what I said xD And I used my twisted accent to speak Chinese which had make them laugh a lot. Btw Carson sounded so funny when he speaking on the phone. But Tia was even funnier when she apologized to Tao after I said they've been interrupting him to do his readings by talking hell too much, when in fact, I was the one kept on making them to reply to what I said xD I finally got my work done but couldn't find Helen at 4ish. I said to Tia 'Helen was gone because of you' lool....

So after I printed out everything, and everything else; uploaded everything and posted everything on my blog. I was going to have lunch with my owner at Broadway. Before I came back to the room, I bumped into Seri who was sitting at the front office waiting for someone. I showed him my work and said how simple my poster has become. A little chat with him with lots of laughter, then went back to look for my owner.

So we went to this food court together to have two laksa. He finished his food fast as always. I was still slowly eating mine all because most of the time, I couldn't stop talking lol He seems like he wanted to know more of my AIT life, I then told him about the mates he just saw at my class. He even said Pai seems like 34 who in fact is only 29...After he finished his food, he was there watching my eating face for quite a while. He then moved next to me and helping me to hold my hair all this time during I ate my laksa. I must have been looking fairly hilarious and chubby, but I saw he was smiling at me the whole time at the corner of my eye. It could be so embarrassing if he was someone else, but Tao has made me feel the warmth at that moment. He tenderly held all my hair to the back including my fringe, though it fell back to the front at times, which we both laughed at how annoying my hair is. I even did my test by moving my head back and forth to ensure he securely held my hair lol

A super good time with my owner as expected, we soon walked back to AIT to continue with our uni work. He said he didn't want to go back to uni gym today but stayed with me for a few more hours. During that one hour where I stayed at my seat doing my reading, Tia came to hug my leg to keep her warm lmaoo...=3= Anyways...Tao and I moved to another room soon those three people came and made noises at the back. He was happy that we could finally quietly study alone together. This time, I was silently doing my readings, while he was doing his next to me. I enjoy having his company though we didn't talk within that one hour. Until I finally couldn't hold my sleepiness, I started to fall asleep on my chair, then my desk in front of the flashing computer, he put his arm on my head and patting it like what my dad used to do when I was a child. I was awaken by his warm hand after all. Second time...That was the second time already I fell asleep in front of someone I've been knowing for just one month.

On our way to Central, he still tried to keep me warm by holding my arm when we walked. On our way back home, we already planned on the cooking and such next week. I apologized to him as I think I might be too loud when he was doing readings at AIT today, and he typed a super long message which made me feel so touched. Btw he likes my leftover, he also likes to feed this donkey with carrots...>.> Never has anyone complimented me in that such a way to make me this happy...Lastly I think I should stay with my own 2014 version :)

Great trip plan appreciated (1st of October)

I was awaken by someone in another fresh morning. Knowing that he had to take his friend around today, I suggested him to go a few places but not to get the schedule too full. He told me he would take me to this Jap and Brazilian bbq buffet in our next trip. But somebody got to remember to charge his phone before going out next time...

His friend likes the schedule I planned for him and thanked me via Tao. :)

So Tao has been telling me where he went with his friend for the day, as well as what they ate. He shamelessly told me that he forgot to get the takeaway of his fried pork before he left the restaurant haha

Really unfortunate was that I woke up at 2:30am after 2 hours of sleep..And I stayed awake for another two hours by thinking a lot of things....Sigh.... :(

Charity ball (30th of September)

At first, I was going to charity ball to support my own video. I didn't think I would end up enjoying it THAT much. Like, overwhelmingly THAT much haha

There was this girl that stick with Jamie and I for nearly the whole night. No matter where we went, she would always be there with us. I didn't know what to help out in the beginning since I went there 2 hours earlier. They allocated me to make the props with others. A long wait til we had dinner at 7ish. I was sitting at the same table with Chris, the one I already talked to a bit earlier asking if he could be one of the interviewees in the video; Nikki, my media director who has been supporting me these days; Henry, the one that I've seen for a few times at the stall and the rest were someone else's friends.

I exceptionally like the lamb and fried chicken, as well as the desserts for the night. There was quite a few new friends I made when I was lining up for my ice-cream and cake. This guy just turned around and said, he would share the other half with me since there was only one piece of lemon cake left on the tray. I then bumped into him for a few times at the dance floor the rest of the night. Btw the design of some activities was sooooo fantastic for the ones who are shy to make friends but still could make one. One of them is to look for the other half of your card. I've found my partner right after the game started. I didn't know the guy sitting behind me (the next table) also holding diamond 2 til he came over and asked. I was like...omg...I am diamond 2 too!!! wooohoooo not sure whether we were the first pair or not, but it was freaking fast. We even got to choose 10 free raffles because of this. Then I recognized him as the one I saw in tree top adventure last time a few minutes later. This is what you called fate lmaoo....the world is so freaking small that you keep bumping into the ones you know of unexpectedly...He soon became so chatty with me. We also played this racing game together by carrying the balls with our cheeks to walk from one end to another. For the sake of getting ourselves into round 2, he pulled me damn close to him so the ball wouldn't fall between us. Unfortunately the other teams were so competitive so we got removed from round 2. The ones that were left there on the stage continued with their games. My partner then came to my table and thanked me for sharing this fun moment with him. Later, I was even more surprised that he asked two of his female friends to ask for my phone number and wechat instead. People around me were making fun of him for not being manly enough to get my number. Then he came and finally asked.

Other than all the fun I had with new friends, the video I made has successfully entertained the whole venue. Everyone else laughed at some parts where Sylvian and Andrew talked about their experience with PH. Btw the confession bit where the secret message was revealed in the middle of the event. Some people anonymously wrote a few messages to the ones they like, the MC picked some out and read them loud. There was this one belonged to the vice president's bf who made the deepest confession to our vice president. The spotlight suddenly was taken by them on the stage. The most romantic moment of the night accompanied with everyone's applause and yelling. Sweetness overdosed man....>3<

The last thing I remember was those two guys who won the price of one-day trip which supposedly be a gift for the best couple award lol...Oh and the last half an hour of the dancing time when everyone was musically aroused by Beatrice's chosen favourites. Too much craziness, the little human train was formed by individuals 'driving' through the whole venue, and the domino effect caused some of us to imitate what the previous did on the dancing floor and forming a circle to jump and yell...What is more to say, yeh...the music was my favourite too....OH....FANTASTIC BABY...

Recordings time (29th of September)

Lots of recordings in the morning for couple hours. Those songs are my favourites so I could sing well :) To cheer someone up was my motivation to get myself really into singing them. I mean, his recordings are damn good. So in return, mine can't be that bad lol..

Btw I caught on the wrong bus when heading to Hurstville this afternoon. I must be thinking about something else without even get to realise I went on the wrong side...So I got yelled at her for being super late, and she got pissed at my carelessness for not noticing I got on the wrong bus til it terminated at Bankstown. Lucky that the appointment had nothing complicated to deal with, so she went there alone and got her next appointment set up.

But sorry mum that I might seem lack of warmth and caring sometimes. Maybe I just don't know how to express my love out...Just like what Tao said, I should show more actions than words to make her to feel it. I love all the advice he gives there. He can always easily suggest something effective in helping me out or cheering me up. And they all work..

Thanks for someone liking my recordings anyways :) Just like what he said, people singing wonderful songs is not because of techniques and skills but emotions they put in when singing them :)

One-day exploration (28th of September)

The best Sunday today with my owner to explore some places :) I woke up early today to meet up with him at his lab. He introduced his project to me by showing what he has been investigating these days. Though I might not understand the terms he used for engineering, he wrote his concept on the board. Later we watched a movie at his seminar room. One thing I like about the film is how it reflects the meaning of everyone's journey. It's the people, and experiences that make you different from others.

Once we got on the bus back to central, he started asking me about my family issues as I mentioned a bit earlier. I told him lots of things happening in Melbourne when I was young. He heard me, and felt me. I clearly felt that he understood me the way he looked into my eyes. We walked all the way to Fish market from central afterwards. In the long way to get there, we had our good moment talking hell lots of things in life. Occasionally we kept pushing each other when either of us went to the wrong side. He also dragged me around sometimes when I seemed to get lost in the big crowd. Within half an hour of picking what to eat for lunch in fish market, we ended up having the seafood platter at a random park nearby. During the time we enjoyed ourselves chatting for a bit while eating, I shared my Jap friend's interview with him, the one I found yesterday on Youtube. Then this woman approached us all in a sudden, lied right next to us to watch us eat. The awkward moment being with a stranger who stared at your food for 10 minutes, and asked if she could take the rest of our food lol....As we only got chips left, we gave the whole box of leftover to her >.>

Our next destination is Watsons bay where we walked all the way back to Central, and caught on the train to Circular Quay. Lucky we made it at 4:30ish, right on time when the ferry came. We picked the seat outside when catching the ferry. The view has always been so great. With someone's company with me, I felt even happier. In order to keep me warm, he covered me with his jacket and blocked the wind for me with his massive hands. How awkward it was when my hair got blown messy that half of the time I was sucking my hair. But he still took some photos of my messy hair on the side to show me what he called as 'beautiful'..He helped me to comb my hair using his hands as we reached Watsons bay.

We spent almost 2 hours at Watsons bay walking around the beach and park. We even went down to the really end where we both sat there and took some photos before sunset. Walking back to the other side of the beach after half an hour passed. And going uphill to see that big green park where you can feel the freshness coming all the way from there. We sat there talking again. But this time, he told me about housing and such. Before we left Watsons bay, we planned to come back again next time to try their seafood.

Oh not to mention that our dinner at that Jap restaurant tonight is the perfect end of the day. The boss even talked to us for half an hour about how he began his own business here, how he has changed his menu over the period of time in Sydney. After collecting what the most famous dishes are in the restaurant and whatnots, he still is improving what menu suits the best for wider range of customers in a western country. We both have learned something from him. The more he told us, the more we thought it's worth going back there next time lol Skills there...But his food is really really good anyways :)

Lastly, thanks for keeping me warm all this time...I really miss all these moments we explored places together, and all the talks we had, are all the ones that make up this happy alarm... :)
