Day 1 uni started on this fine day. The first lecture this sem was Japanese. I dropped off from gate 2 and walked straight to biomedical building to attend my favourite class. Fukui sensei will be lecturer this sem and I am really happy to see her face again. She even called my name out once I entered the lecture theatre.
I made friend with this guy who was also sitting in the first row with me on the side, where two of us were alone having nobody else around so our eyes met, awkwardly greeted each other before we started having our first Jap conversation practice. He's a sleepy person, even more sleepy than me. I felt so sorry for him after he showed me his epic timetable. Good luck for that.....engineering students need so much luck...
Haiwon texted me during my lecture and asking if I'd be free afterwards so we could meet up for lunch. :3 My favourite Korean buddy..I AM COMINGGGG *big hug hug*...>3<
We had our time talking about movie making and such. Most of the time, we shared our perspectives on filmic elements as she was really interested in knowing what I've learned in film classes. Then I also gave her some new ideas on 'media', not the media that has something to do with devices, but its original sense and function in the very beginning. I gave her a really simple example by pointing at the toilet sign, saying that is actually a form of 'medium', as the term medium itself has nothing to do with technology in its origin, it's actually a condition, a substance, a cause, or an element that intervenes one subject over another, or representing a force or effect that is produced between two subjects. Therefore, toilet sign in this case, is an indicator exists in between the people (first subject) and the toilet (second subject), in which it directs people to where the toilet is. That being said, almost everything can be regarded as a source of medium in this world, you see how different it is when you use a pen on a paper, use a chopstick to eat next time...They all carry social function as to assist you to do something...
*whispers* So...how many people out there are into BDSM...>.> I know there will be some...Well I wouldn't say I am really into it. I only like to watch hardcore films, and 50 shades of grey, the one that my bf showed me seems not bad. >3< ehehehhee *grins*
So this person was ranting about his gf on the phone at 10ish because somebody felt so betrayed. He was the one doing most of the talking and I was there listening and tried to respond with something he wanted to hear. His depression and anger extended to this end even just talking on the phone, so I shared mine to him in order to make him feel a bit equal by saying how I don't really like panpan being flirty and all etc, soon my story has drew his attention, so instead of complaining about his, he asked me to tell more lol....>.>
Anyways first time ever talked to Jacob on fb as I was wondering whether he'd be doing Jap this sem. But computer person said no for having no more electives :( I'll miss having him in my Jap seminar. It was such a fun session being partnered with him! Oh and he told me he's South African o3o I was in shocked since he looks nothing like an African.....Smartass also said that he was one of those notoriously with bad social skills, maybe he was before I don't know, but he seems completely fine and hilarious....
LOL....Anthony lost his phone somewhere on the train tonight....He said how he felt losing phone is equivalent to having no social life etc>3>....way too serious bro....Just get a new one and put back all the contacts...=3=
