the 'New' town (22nd of November)

No other words can describe how epic our Newtown trip was, even though we were told that something wasn't meant to be happened today. But due to these two fools never took a glance at the actual date of that, fools were being fooled lol...(Don't worry if you are having this mind fked moment atm, you will know what really happened to us...)

Newtown was one of my favourite suburbs in Sydney. One of the top on MY list. I ensure you will agree with me as you come. Just by looking at how arts, is filled up every corner in this place, you wouldn't want to leave. So once again, somebody's appearance was such a surprise, every single time. I didn't even know he was coming behind me til he showed up right at my face whilst I was fiddling my phone. I bet that he never noticed how sneaky he is, or maybe he did, but he still does this anyways. Thanks to you, my heart rate went up all in a sudden, in that 0.0001 sec where I saw your face was just RIGHT HERE....I went all batshit crazy jumping like a kangaroo towards the pole at the station....Weirdo much? I've always been one...so why I care? I seriously don't care...>.>

Another good good day was started as he held my hand, and we found our way to Newtown, where we had to catch a city bus behind the station. The trip was short but crazy. Crazy couple on the bus laughing our heads off, like literally. We didn't know where exactly to get off. Although that wasn't my first time to go there. Perhaps that was my 5th of 6th time, but I still didn't know where I was as we reached there, til we both saw the train station where more than half of the people were dropping off with us. I revealed myself as the one who wouldn't locate restaurants after I visit them. Asking me if I ever bring my new friends to the restaurants I've visited before? No, the discovery of new places is my life-time journey. Which means, I would rather to go to those new places we both haven't been to, than leading him/her to the ones I've been to. And I also showed Calvin's video to owner, to prove how much work and effort I do for tutoring. Now everything is clear. Imagine how I handle him by seeing how naughty this person is...

The first place we went to was to check out that watermelon cake cafe. For some reason, I felt that he has brought me luck for getting the things I want sometimes. In fact, he really did. Everytime when I go Newtown, I would go check out watermelon cake. But I have only bought it once, which was on mum's birthday a few months ago. Other than that, I was disappointed each and everytime being told by the ladies there, 'sold out' was the only thing I repeatedly heard. And this led to what I wanted to say here, I bought it AGAIN today with Tao. With carrying that piece of cake back to a shady place (which wasn't that shady), it was more of a bag of happiness for both of us, especially me, who particularly was cheerful like a kiddo. Instead of sitting on the bench to share the cake, we both kneel down in order to get a more comfortable eating position. Watermelon cake is one of the best choices to brighten up my day. Nothing can compare to how the mix of Jap-and-western-style cake tastes like. I love how witty he was when we talked about sharing. And I wanted to have half of the last bite, he left that half for me with a horizontal cut instead of a vertical one. That is, either of us would have the upper or lower bit, but not the full taste of the whole. >.> Damn, but I totally love his joke lol...

After we finished the cake, it was our time to walk around the whole suburb. It didn't seem like I was guiding him, but more like we both were exploring more. We found Dendy cinema first to confirm something, then we picked a direction to start our mini journey. Curiosity killed the cat, Tofu ice-cream, just the name is enough for me to ponder what it will taste like, and how it's really made. I got him to ask what I wanted to ask, he went in, and came out with not-so-info info. You know, it's really none of our business, nor can we ask how it was made. Confidential much ey? It's business thing. Not to be an intruder or such, we are just customers lol...>.> So get over it, Tofu ice-cream, is simply about Tofu. That's all we know, from the name..

I exceptionally like how graffiti is all over the place, at the corners, or the walls, or maybe some are around the car park or a quiet street, I kept woo-ing and woa-ing towards this wonderful land. No matter how many times I've been in a place, if it's great, it will always be great. Btw I liked how naughty we were for tickling each other when we were walking on the street, but as we always do, I really found this is an adorable thing to do between us :3

Oh and that awkwardness when he got me wrong after we walked in this religious skull selling store, I pointed at one of the skulls displaying on the table, to express how much I like the design, but he thought I was talking about the nudity behind it, and asking me back why I liked that. I soon went ... with multiple black lines around me, or even my face was covered by them... Heading back to the little market close to the train station, we were sitting down to have a short discussion about our Gold Coast trip planning. We removed and added some from what we already had on the paper. As an inexperienced, I tried to take my role of being a part of this trip, so I really wished what I did was enough to make both of us happy. Well, my schedule might be a little bit too packed for the first and fifth day, so he suggested to move one of the places to Thursday. Most likely we were being really damn seriously making a plan, like a honeymoon...>.>

Our epic time was when we had this urge to go somewhere else to look for a seat from the supermarket. We weren't getting anything from there, but walking a few times inside whilst laughing and chatting. He said it was a great place to sit down and chat. Just by looking around, we could get free food and beverages we want, as well as the tissue or whatsoever to clean our mouths after the meal (in fact that time we were walking passed the sock sections, he said that while pointing at the socks..) Even funnier in an attempt of carrying a watermelon into the cinema later, as I suggested. Crazy comeback from him who's absolutely agreeing with me, and said I should use my teeth to cut it into half. Too crazy to be true, as if we were only living in our world of being douchebags...

Time to go back and get ready to be scared ey? That's what I thought initially. (Not to be a spoiler here first. )So before we actually went in, I suddenly got so hungry, and we went to the IGA next door to get a bar of chocolate. Surprise enough for us to find out, the horror movie wasn't on today when we went back and were going to get in, but later we were told that this movie would be showing next week. The girl even showed us the date on the tickets, we both just went....oh gg.....You know how scary it was to find out the truth? Even scarier than the horror movie itself. Because having nothing planned to do, led to emptiness. Joking, well, it would be if I was alone, but as we were together, everything was fine, and better. We were sharing that bar of chocolate before getting out of the cinema. He said the one I picked was too sweet for him, well, I'm sorry that you didn't like it...Then this guy tapped on my shoulder, I turned around, and found that he is a mentally-ill one who waved at me, so I waved back. I really think that the disabled are nice, a bunch of nice peeps, some are even nicer than the ones without any physical problems. It's true to say a deformed body may have a beautiful soul :) Also, this muscular woman passed us. Not the first time to see how someone is trained to be skinny but muscular at the same time, but we were still surprised to see someone like that....And what made us walk out of the cinema at the end? It was another woman who was asking everyone around to give her a favour for their kindness. That is, a deception that everyone already knows what it is, but still, there are so many people are doing this...I seriously don't get why =3=.....The point is. as she was asking the lady next to us to give her some money blah blah blah, we just walked out before she approached us...

Oh and picking which restaurant has always been hard...Too many choices makes it even harder. We had 4 potentials left at the end, and we played scissors paper rock to decide which one to go >.> Another damn funny moment I had to say here is, the time when owner explained to me what top takeaway award means. (as we were standing in front of that restaurant that time) He was right, it really is an accurate assumption to be made - no wonder the restaurant was empty, because it is exactly like what the name has shown, they are only good at serving takeaway, the title really belongs to them...

Thank god for having a good meal, or a not bad meal for the night. With a word was taught by him, who corrected my pronounciation for 'entree', I will take this in mind :3 Good food, good talk with a good person, perfect, as always. Except how much I hate trackwork happens on the weekends, I love my Saturdays, because that's when I can spend a day with someone..

Newtown I love you, owner, I wub you too. See you both next week...
