Script writing exchange sesh today was so productive. We gotta get some good feedbacks from the class around which really has helped us a lot to improve our skills in script writing. Thanks for Nicole's feedbacks. She always would be the one commenting the most. One of the best speakers that I've known so far. Other than some parts of the contents she suggested me to make some change for a better version, the script format itself has also gotten her with so much feedbacks. The guy who I talked to from another group also gave me a really good advice for a particular scene. The zoom-in scene where acquires for some special effects to blend the still image into a video recording does need the keying and such.
Meeting up with Gold is another good time adding to the day. His attempt to become a true and pure artist, the independent freelance who only wishes to work for himself was such a tough decision made ever. He told me how much he's thought of his parents before this. It's really the uncertainty that has taken him to hesitate what this might lead him to. That's why it has made it harder for him to decide whether he should follow his heart, or going for a career that has more of a stable earning at the very least. But I do agree him to risk for once in life. If it doesn't come out as expected, he still should be proud of trying it so. I wish him all the best for his upcoming future in France. As a friend, I definitely wish him will be succeed in making his dream become true. An artist should always have hope in him, so to show people what's so beautiful about this world through his artwork. And this is what he's trying to do. Interesting enough, his interest has been my interest too. His love for exploring the museum and gallery, the passion for art and media are something that I can relate to. This is exactly why I love talking to this guy. For the hope of learning something from him, I really feel in that way. In that half an hour before his class, he taught me some functions in 3ds max too. I felt that I've learned so much in just half an hour, which is what I've been always saying, friends are the best teachers for fast track learning. The shortcut to get access to new information is to learn from your friends...
Lastly, needless to say, life drawing has been fun, with Lisa. Although the model today was the one doing the most difficult poses I've seen so far...I almost gave up in that 1 min sesh because every single pose was twisted to the ultimate level. However, I persistently to try my best in those 5 to 10 minutes poses, and I did well...
Looking forward to next Monday la. But I expect to have a male model this time, like seriously lol
