Take care people...(13th of August)

What's happening these days? How come everyone else around me, including myself got sick? >3< My brother Corey has been sick this morning so I thought that he'd have a day off. Til then, he texted me asking if I was at the station but I didn't check my message til I left my house, and it was 8:20, presumably he left 20 minutes ago...So I missed the chance to meet up with him :( And Anthony fb me at 3-ish saying he couldn't go out today due to sickness...But we still had a good talk on fb about food etc :3

Skipping classes is one of the phenomena we usually see. Several of my friends didn't come to the first class today. I ended up sitting with Nelson and Tia in design principles and quietly doing my work. In today's lecture, it was mostly about Gestalt's law which applies to images in relation to their similarity, proximity, continuation, multistability, figure and ground and all the elements that make up a good design project...I finished my blog post for today's assigned task in the last half an hour before heading to my second class. In studio, I talked to Tia a lot although both of us got something else due in the week...Nelson, on the other hand, was sleeping soundly. He had trouble waking up til someone gave him a call. I talked to this girl Casey today because I was wondering how coding is like. Before she told me anything, I've already heard of heaps of people complaining this and that. But it was even more terrible than I thought when she told me about her friend's experience which she screwed up her project because a dot was missing....How the heck would you know where to put that dot in, so you gotta go through everything from the beginning, ONLY for that god damn missing dot...

For lunch time, I went to Broadway with Tia to grab some snacks and come back to AIT. Knowing that we only got 10 minutes left for her class, she couldn't get a big meal...As soon as I came back, I walked to another room to start doing my uni work...She joined me after her class, Pai came in once to greet me before she went to work. And I helped Tia to read through her web design project, picked up some minor mistakes and gave her some suggestions. The highlight of my day is when I saw the text from Mimo, my internship program informed me that I now am one of the candidates left for interview next Tuesday. I have to do some preparation including writing a 500-word evaluation of film, song or whichever I am more interested in....

Thanks for parents' support as always. I'll take fatty's words in mind. Besides, having interview next Tuesday is believed to be my good day when mum's birthday is also on that day. Don't know if we are going to celebrate her birthday or me that getting my internship...What I know is I need to get everything organised, planned for each day, so to avoid last min panicking....Now let's get this started...

PS: Nan sold his phone for 570 and getting a new phone from oversea...He saw me walking past UTS on my way home so I joked about going back to visit him. He then laughed at my silliness...
PS1: Time slowly creeps on from time to time, technology changes way too fast. Estar Takee, this holographic smartphone will be the first to be made to create an even more lively experience for the users..Now this ingenius invention will soon to be the threat of all the smartphones....even apple has started to be panic...
