A day out with my girl (10th of January)

I seriously cannot help it 

because that is so fun to do so

messing around with people is my specialty 

I didn't expect you to call me though

Pretending that I was talking to a stranger is my thing

so much fun, so random to begin my day..

Eventually, gotta see my lovely friend Haiwon today

We couldn't make up our mind in the beginning

when the price at 1pm one at event is more expensive than the one starts at 4pm one at Broadway Hoyts

Two things we needed to consider there:

Haiwon has to go home early

But she does want to save money..

After a short discussion on time

she decided to watch the one starting at 4

She's a great friend of mine these days

and of all time in these 3 years 

Each time when I see her, unlike the rest of my friends

she's a really special one who I see her as my other half

One thing she cares the most 

is whatever we do, have to ensure that is the least we'll spend

Hence, we don't go to any of cafes as most of the people do

Like today, we sat at the food court for several hours

just to talk

We do talk a lot, as per usual

Or should I say I was the one talking so much 

soon my eyes went sparkling as my favourites were mentioned

Animation, media, movies, design and family related 

are all the ones I would go so excited

I told her how Green screen works

how much efforts I put into drawing my animation

what my animation is about

how I'll be doing it with different types of animated methods

what else I've done for my own project and society these days

As well as something I learn for camera, from both reading experience and taught by dar dar

To exchange what she's been doing

A great listener, also a great teller as the one she is

I was told that she's been reading this novel about Steve Jobs

Some shocking things she found out how much different this entrepreneur is, from what we don't usually know behind the scene

A few hours talk worth a month chat with some people

We both learn a lot from what we don't know from each other, we give and we gain

Into the woods must be produced by a comedian I have to say

Its producer must want to bring his audience with fun and entertainment

instead of true storytelling

Why I say that?

Some sequences are just way too random to even show

The characters are out of their traditional roles

I had a feeling that my childhood memory has totally changed 

because little red riding hood is no longer that nice little girl

She now is one typical naughty child, who behaves like a little thief stealing baker's bread

and being so much greedier than I think she would be

Also, funny as hell when teasing this foolish child

Not to mention her signature scream made us go WOOOOO is this really little red riding hood? =3=

Others like Cinderella and Rapunzel are meant to be the beauties as they are

Luckily, the depiction of this doesn't go too much different from the original fairytales

the only scene which made me absolutely go dumbfounded, was when 

The baker's wife got seduced by the Prince

who then had an affair with him 

and forgetting about what her initial plan was

Also, this Rapunzel scene where she cried for the prince's blindness

within a second, as the tears went down his face, touched his eyes

he got fully recovered....

Is the producer mad? Or was he out of his mind by giving us a randomness driven storyline as surprise?

For me, I went ....   more than surprise I guess

Ahh and and and it was pouring outside by the time I arrived at rivy=3=

I seriously would not suggest running in the rain

if pools of water are right at your face...

Running will make yourself get even wetter...

PS: Not sure whether that lady was seeking for sympathy for money or truly injured
I just hope that her finger won't be swelling anymore...
