4th day in 2015
Same as usual, I jogged at the park in the morning
The only difference today was, halfway through the first round where I reached the top of uphill
There was a string between two logs hanging
and I got tripped over heavily like a fat whale
knees and palms were hurt
scratches and bruises everywhere
With pain, I picked myself up from the dust on my body
and kept on jogging regardless
soon completed the first round
I just realised I left my hat from where I tripped over
I jogged back to there, and found my hat lying next to the log
walked to a toilet nearby
to clean my wounds
I blamed myself for not seeing things clearly
and the one who set this up for fun
But after all
it was just me being unlucky in the early morning...
Back home, an hour of nap
Had a dream of me driving by myself with mum next to me for the really first time
the only I remember was she kept asking me avoid hitting with other cars
I begged her not to use the word 'hit'
A taboo word when driving on the road
like a curse or a magical spell which may cause car accident...
blog post updated
plastic sleeve folder designed and showed that to my president
He said ok, great
great then, I finished another task for the day..
With above and beyond's best tracks company
I continued to read that article that left finishing from yesterday
The one that is about 11 essential camera techniques in filmmaking
During my reading time
she was watching that reality show in which is for hiring people
There was a few times when she asked me to watch it with her in some particular points
where I also have the same problems with that graduate
who seem to appear big ego in the way she speaks sometimes
and was being judged by some bosses
Attitudes could be the determinant to win over someone's heart
I should learn from that too, as mum said
Now we know what kind of noise was made a few days ago
the really eerie grinding noise that appeared next to my window
was creepy like hell
using mum's word 'it sent chills down my spine'
I assumed that it was the possum
so I searched noise of possum on Youtube
Trying to find out if it sounds like what we heard
My prediction was right
It's totally the same, especially when it gets angry or moody
And I remember it came all the way from afar last night as well
as I heard some branches outside of my windows
were weighed down by some heavy creatures climbing up and down..
For the rest of the day
I learned some idioms again
and some phrasal words that I don't know of
And I revised that by doing several tests from the same site
as well as some words which go quite confusing, even for locals
Next I had a read of a few pages of that business and management vocab
as well as that book for adjective memorisation based on the rules of base and affixes
These are all my plans for me to have some productive learning throughout my uni holidays
I don't want to waste any precious time on insignificant things now
Just like photography is something I need to learn too
Both for my own benefit and the need for helping the society
It has become more than an interest that urges me to learn
In that 2 hours of experimenting from taking pictures and reading from the instruction book
I started to feel pleased making this a part of my life...
PS: Thanks for Haiwon's invitation, I can't wait to see you on Sat :)
PS1: Cut my wounds open in order to clean them all up, because the sands got inside of my skin...she said I had to do that...I've been through that painful almost 2 hours slowing cutting my wounds open...worst time of the day...
PS2: Feeling loved for having parents' caring though. Distance is really not the problem, I still feel the warmth coming all the way from China. His words made me go 'Yes dad, I'll take care of myself..because I don't want you and mum to worry too much..' The huge love, is continued to grow without ceasing...
