Chinese new year....(31st of Jan)

In short.. today was my first time ever after all these years I wore a dress to go out...Mum and I met up at Central after she finished her classes, then I took her to level 3 in Market City to walk around because she asked for it. 'Cotton on' caught her eyes in the first place, then you know....we stayed there selecting clothings for more than 1 hour. Precisely speaking, it was most likely mum who spent so much time choosing leggings and shorts. She asked me to try each of them on to decide whether she wanted to buy them as my size is somewhere similar to hers, only that she's a bit bigger than me. After we got out from there, Jayjays which is the one next to it, one of the leggings there once again attracted her to get in the shop. This time, we saw so many dresses at the right section. Right after I pointed out what types of dresses I like according to my taste, she picked quite a few dresses for me to get changed in the change room for another half an hour or so. I took off my dress, tried the one she gave me. That was the first time she has ever opened her eye wide, showing how much she liked my new look with that sexy dress on once I opened the door after I finished changing. I was like...>.> mum.....so how is it... She demanded to take a few photos of me in that dress. She must have been dreaming of dressing me like a doll, a much more girly and elegant daughter as she always wants to turn me into. I can tell how cheerful she was when I finally let her change me, or enhance my hidden girly side as it was taken her so long each time when she walked out of the change room, and came back with a few other new dresses in her hands. In the end she bought me 3 dresses. Everyone's happy...

However, we pretty much spent most of our time shopping around, my plan to get her to Chinatown and Darling Harbour to feel the Chinese new year's atmosphere was a fail...lol By the time we got there, it was already 6pm. We bought a pack of lamb skewers and a box of fried chicken bones for our dinner. Yup, Chinese new year's dinner....

But it was still fun having our family time together in the first day of Chinese new year. My new look is to be expected. If this really cheers my loving mum up, why not? :)
